This week the homework is to complete a small booklet with math stories and problems. The children are to read the booklet and answer the questions. This homework is due on Friday, June 13th.
The students are busy getting prepared for their performance at the Primary Concert at Hodgson Senior School on Tuesday, June 17 at 6:30 pm. Here is a list of the country names for one of our songs to help the students to remember the order of the names:
"I've been to China, Italy, Thailand, Mongolia, Mexico, The Philippines, Greenland, Japan,
Chile, Romania, Egypt, Cuba, Russia, Malaysia, India, Spain,
Australia, Sweden, Canada, Brazil,
And of course you have to go far to get to Madagascar!"

June 11 - The Pet Valu mascot visits our class in the afternoon.
June 14 - Fun Fair (11:00 to 3:00)
June 17 - Primary Concert at Hodgson Senior Public School at 6:30.
June 16 and 20 - TVO film crew visits Room 5.
June 20 - Room 5 Speed Stacking Contest!
June 26 - Report cards are sent home.
June 27 - Last day of school!
September 2 - First day of school for the 2014-2015 school year.
